Once you pay for a product your locked in for about 5 weeks as shipping can take longer on some items.
If your product is not delivered and I can also verify it wasnt delivered we can start the refund process
However if I can see its verified as being delivered to the address you put down and you claim to have not received it you will be ineligible for a refund. Sorry!
